Frequently asked questions
Does my client pay to follow the project?
No. Your client follows the project in the portal at no cost. If you want to share more, like downloading photos and seeing the full finances, Client Access is a one-time fee per project, paid by you on PRO.
Can I use it on my computer and my phone?
Yes. ObraFácil works on Android, iPhone, Windows and in the browser, with the same data everywhere.
Is my data secure?
Data travels encrypted and is stored on Google’s servers, also encrypted. Each person only sees the projects they take part in, with the permissions of their role.
What personal data do you collect?
For the account: name, email address and phone number; a tax number only if you provide it. The full list, and what each piece of data is for, is in the Privacy Policy.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Without internet, the app keeps what you record on the device and sends it automatically when the connection returns.
Does the client lose access to the files when the project ends?
If the project is 70% complete or more when access ends, the client still has 15 days to view and download what was shared.
Does ObraFácil replace the project engineer?
No. It is a management tool and does not replace the qualified professional responsible for the works.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, under Profile > Delete account. The account is suspended for 30 days (you can change your mind) and then your projects and data are deleted. Some records, such as payments and acceptance of the Terms, are kept for the period set out in the Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel PRO or the storage expansion?
Yes, at any time, in the same place you subscribed. The next renewal is not charged and access continues until the end of the paid period.
What if a renewal is not paid?
The account goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted; if you are over the free plan limit, only uploading new files is blocked until you free up space or subscribe again.
