Step 1: Reports work offline
Fill in the report as usual and tap Finish and Save Report. It's saved on the device, shows up in Daily Reports right away and goes to the cloud on its own once you're back online. Only then do other project members see it. The New Daily Report notice in the bell isn't sent for a report saved offline.

Step 2: Signing offline
On a mobile, all three options work offline. With Upload or Draw, the signature image is kept on the device and sent along with the photos; until then, the report shows Not signed. In a web browser or on Windows, use Digital when offline.

Step 3: Photos on a mobile
On Android and iPhone, when you save, the photos and signature are copied to the device before the screen closes. They upload on their own when the connection comes back or when you open the app with internet, and anything that fails is retried later. They upload from that same mobile: until then, don't uninstall the app or clear its data. If there's no space left, you see Couldn't save the photos on this phone. Free up some space and try again: everything you filled in is still here.

Step 4: Photos on a computer
In the web browser and the Windows app, photos and signatures aren't kept for a later upload. Offline, a report with photos or with an Upload or Draw signature isn't saved: you see Without internet, photos and signatures can only be kept for later upload in the mobile app. Connect to the internet to save here. and what you filled in stays on the screen. Without photos and with the Digital signature, the report is saved and goes up when you're back online.

Step 5: Online, on a mobile
The report screen closes right after saving and the photos upload in the background: you can keep using the app. On Android, a notification shows Uploading Daily Report... and, at the end, Daily Report Sent!. If the signal drops halfway, Attention shows how many files went up, such as 3 of 5 files uploaded. The rest will upload automatically when the connection improves. (or Upload paused. The system will try again.): what's missing stays on the mobile and is sent on its own later.

Step 6: Online, on a computer
In the web browser and on Windows, photos upload right away while you wait, and the report is only saved once all of them are up. If one fails, you see Not all photos could be uploaded. Check your internet connection and save again: anything already uploaded won't be sent twice. and the screen stays filled in: check the connection and tap Finish and Save Report again.

Step 7: Editing and deleting offline
- When editing offline, No Internet appears with the Save Locally option; on a mobile, new photos and a new signature are also kept for a later upload: How to edit a daily report
- Deleting offline removes the report from the list right away; when you're back online, its photos are deleted from the cloud too. Only the project owner can delete: How to delete a daily report

Daily reports without internet: when photos are uploaded
You can fill in a report with no signal on site. See what's saved on the device, when photos upload, and what's different on a mobile and on a computer.
